Natural Textile Certificate

The natural textile certificate is a certificate issued worldwide for the processing of textiles made from naturally produced natural fibers and to be ready for clothing. The textile certificate defines the process of the entire textile chain of that company.

The purpose of the natural textile certificate is an application that provides sustainable production, including labeling from the production stage to the end supply chain, as environmentally responsible and socially responsible, and considers the safety of the product to the end user. Textile products should be produced with XNUMX% health-friendly fabrics and raw materials for the health of the user. Considering that today's textile products are produced more and faster with the evil eye fabrication technique, it is necessary to behave more sensitive about health.

It is imperative to submit a natural textile certificate in order for the companies dealing with textiles to present their globally accepted textile products to the consumer. Although the fabrics used in poor quality in textile products are not one hundred percent cotton, the products labeled as such threaten human health. Inspection of textile products is also becoming more frequent in many countries, especially in the presence of carcinogenic products. Since many textile factories do not comply with the rules and regulations during special audits, they terminate their work and cannot operate. For this reason, strict inspections on textile products should be observed and products placed on the market should be taken care of equally.

Only textiles containing 70 percent organic fiber may have the right to receive certification. Many dyes and additional auxiliaries used in textile products must meet environmental and toxicological criteria. In addition, the choice of accessories used in textile products should be limited and also meet the ecological definition. In addition, in the case of washing dyes on textile products, the presence of a functional wastewater facility is mandatory.

Blue Angel Tag

15 years before the eco-label system was implemented by Europe, a label system called Blue Angel was used in textile products. This long-standing label system has been used in many sectors other than food and pharmaceuticals. The Blue Angel label is a label system given to companies operating in the textile industry, which harms the environment and destroys natural resources. This label is used for the reproduction of ecological fabrics and the production of clothing products that are not harmful to health.

Now, the Ecotex label used is given to companies to impose restrictions on the use of chlorine-containing substances and allergic dyes, cancer-causing dyes used during production. For the finished products, the same ecotex label has to be recycled for heavy metals and harmful residues.
