How to Get Natural Product Certificate?

Natural product certification; It is a network that is a form of production from nature, based on the works of natural manufacturing, farm and national resources, has its own closed network and examines and certificates the production stages of the products in detail. To have this certificate, the contracted farmers sign an agreement that they will not use any chemical additives in their products. After signing the agreement, farmers do not use any chemical additives in their products. So they produce the products naturally. After the production period is over, farmers send the products to the Agriculture and Rural Affairs Directorate. The Ministry sends the product to international inspection institutions that it has contracts with. Organizations issue a certificate that the documents are natural after making the necessary examination.

One of the international institutions that the Ministry has contracted ECOMARK'Truck. ECOMARK, EUROLAB works with. Their documentation TÜRCERT is doing with. It is very important that the product conforms to special and international standards in order to give the natural product certificate. Laboratory studies are also paid attention to. TÜRCERT works according to two private and international standards. These; TSE is EN ISO and IEC 17065. Apart from this, it works in compliance with Good Agricultural Practice standards.

The countries where your products will be sold should be taken into consideration when obtaining a natural product certificate. When the products come to TÜRCERT, the countries where the activities will be operated are taken into consideration. Natural product certificate; indicates that the product does not harm human beings, nature, plants and animals and is environmentally friendly. With this document, you can sell your product in International Markets. However, you need to get permission with your certificate for this.

Some product owners produce their other products without conforming to the agreement after certification. By using additives, they do not comply with the principle of natural product certification to produce environmentally friendly products that do not harm humans, animals and plants. The product owner is fully responsible for this non-agreement act.

The products undergo many tests in EUROLAB laboratories. These; physical analysis, chemical analysis, microbiological analysis, GMO analysis, species analysis, mycotoxin analysis, packaging analysis and biotoxin analysis. With these analysis studies, it is understood whether the products are natural. The aim is to protect human health and nature. That is why EUROLAB is constantly improving and renewing itself.

When the products arrive in EUROLAB, the first physical analysis is done. Thus, it is checked whether it is protected against threats due to climate change and global warming. A report is prepared during the check. In the report, the condition of the product, measures that can be taken if there is a problem are noted. Then the chemical analysis of the product is done. In chemical analysis, hundreds of different tests and analyzes are carried out. The goal is to recognize manufacturer errors to protect consumer health. After the chemical analysis of the product is finished, a report about it is prepared. In the report, the condition of the product and if there is a problem, its solution is noted. After chemical analysis, the product is put into microbiological analysis. Microbiological analysis is done in two ways. One of them is similar to chemical analysis. Not everyone can do the other. This analysis can be done by experienced and expert people. Microbiological analyzes are dangerous and difficult. Therefore, more than one method is applied. According to other analyzes, it may take time to complete. The purpose of this analysis is to examine the microorganisms in the products. Here, undesirable microorganisms are tested. These are included in the report and measures to eliminate these undesirable microorganisms are noted.

Finally, GMO analysis, species analysis, mycotocin analysis, packaging analysis and biotoxin analysis are carried out respectively. In GMO analysis, the genetics of the products are checked and checked whether they are changed. In species analysis, meat products are examined. It is checked whether the additive is halal or not. In mycotoxin analysis, more fungi are analyzed. By checking whether they are poisonous or not, they are controlled for harm to humans and animals. Plastic materials that come into contact with the products are checked in the packaging analysis. According to research, plastics cause serious harm to human health when not used in a controlled manner. Finally, biotoxin analysis is done. Seafood is examined here. Algae in their structure are checked. Finally, the analysis results are added to the report and solutions are written for the problems. Products that pass all of these tests are certified with a natural product certificate.
